Every signature includes verified biometric proof, and works with any digital content, not just PDF.
Most e-signature tools confirm that someone with the right email clicked a link. Signometric confirms the actual human, on any kind of file.
Create a Seal, collect signatures verified to real people, and prove it any time, in three simple steps.
Upload your document into a Seal, then distribute it to everyone who needs to sign. Any digital file works, not just PDFs.
Each recipient signs with their own biometrics, verified as the real person, right on their own device. No shared logins, no impersonation.
Open and verify the sealed document any time, with proof of exactly who signed and precisely what they agreed to.
Anything you'd send through a signing tool today, made trustworthy and tied to a real person.
Know the right person agreed to the exact terms they saw, not a copy quietly edited after the fact.
Ask several approvers to each sign as themselves before anything goes through. No shared logins, no impersonation.
Send sensitive documents that only the intended person can open, verified by them, not just guarded by a password.
Capture a clear “I agree” tied to exactly what was shown, trustworthy and disputeproof years later.
Deals that only count once every party has genuinely signed as themselves, no one gets ahead of the rest.
Every signature ties back to a real, verified person, clean, defensible records, with no biometrics ever stored.
Signometric lives inside the platforms your team already uses. Sign and verify right where your files are stored, no exporting, no extra apps, no disruption to how you work.
Simple plans, no surprises. Every plan is measured in face seals a month, where a face seal is one Seal you send for signing or one Verified Delivery — the two things that carry a verified identity. Ordinary document signing, where the signer draws or types their signature without an identity check, is unlimited on every plan and never counted. Signers are never counted either, so a contract going to eight people is still one face seal. Each plan also includes a number of seats, one for each person in your firm, and each of them signs in with their own face. Verifying a completed Seal is always included, so if a signature is ever questioned, you can prove who signed, at no extra cost.
Two face seals, no card. Enough to send a real Seal, sign it with your face and verify it afterwards, so you can judge the proof before you pay for it.
Higher volumes, governance and board sign-off, audit controls, SSO and custom retention. Priced against how your organisation actually signs.
Your allowance is counted once per document, on the day you send it, and it resets at the start of each calendar month. Adding signers costs nothing, and neither does someone signing, opening or re-reading a document you have already sent. Verifying a completed Seal is always included on every plan. Most Seals are never challenged, but if a signature is ever disputed, you can prove exactly who signed and what they agreed to, any time, at no extra cost.
You don't need us to try it. Two face seals are free, no card, and that is enough to send a real Seal, sign it with your face and verify it afterwards. Get in touch when you need the things that sit outside that.
No spam. We'll only use this to answer you.
Thanks, our team will get back to you shortly.

Signometric exists to prove who signed a document, and to do that with the least data possible. Privacy isn't a setting here; it's the design.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your information. By using our website, applications, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to this policy.
Because signing with Signometric involves biometric processing, we set out here exactly what happens to a facial image.
To recognise a returning signer, we retain the derived face token, encrypted at rest. We do not retain the image it came from. We keep no photographs or video of a face, no face geometry maps, and no searchable library of faces, and neither we nor the organisation you are signing for can retrieve or view an image of your face.
Face verification takes place only after you agree to it, and only for the purpose of proving who signed a document. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or the organisation that sent you the document. If you would prefer not to sign with face verification, contact that organisation about an alternative.
The tokenisation service acts on our instructions and only for the purpose of producing a token during your verification. It is contractually restricted from retaining, reusing, or disclosing the image.
Information you provide: your account name, email address and phone number; for the clients you add, their name and phone number; encrypted or hashed passwords; account preferences; and information you voluntarily submit through forms, support requests or communications.
Documents and Seals: the documents you upload, the Seals you create, and the signatures applied to them. These are held so that a signature can be verified later, which is the purpose of the service.
Information generated through your use: user ID, account settings, authentication and signing events, timestamps, device identifiers where required for security, the IP address used during verification, security and error logs, and service usage necessary for operation. These records are used solely for security, reliability, fraud prevention, evidentiary integrity, and providing the Services.
Nothing is bought, enriched, or acquired from outside sources.
We use your information only to create and manage your account, verify signers, produce and validate Seals, provide requested Services, secure your account, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain system and evidentiary integrity, comply with applicable laws, and communicate important service notices. We do not use your personal information for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone, for any purpose. No data brokers, no advertisers, no "partners." Ever. We do not build advertising profiles.
We run no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or tracking cookies. We don't profile you and we don't follow you around the web. Nobody outside Signometric is watching what you do here.
Where we rely on third-party infrastructure providers, for example cloud hosting, biometric tokenisation, email delivery, or payment processing, those providers act only on our instructions and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
We use only essential cookies and similar technologies required for signing users in, maintaining authenticated sessions, security, preventing fraud, and remembering basic preferences. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
Your password is never stored in plain text. Passwords are securely hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods before storage. Our staff cannot retrieve your password. If you forget it, it must be reset rather than recovered.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of face tokens at rest, secure password hashing, restricted administrative access, firewalls, access controls, security monitoring, regular software updates, and backup procedures. Although we take appropriate measures, no system connected to the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We keep information only for as long as we need it to provide the service to you, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security records where appropriate.
Signed documents and their Seals are an exception worth stating plainly: because their purpose is to prove years later that a particular person signed a particular file, they are retained for as long as you keep your account or as long as the law requires, whichever is longer. Facial images are never retained at all, as described in section 1.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or update your personal information; request deletion of your account or your personal information where legally permissible; request a copy of your information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and object to certain processing activities. You can ask us to remove your data at any time and we will.
Deleting a face token means you will be treated as a new signer next time. It does not invalidate signatures already made, which remain verifiable as evidence of what happened at the time.
Following verification of your request, we will delete or anonymise your personal information unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, or regulatory purposes, or where a signed document must remain verifiable. Some backup copies may remain for a limited period before being permanently removed.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If you access our Services from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country. By using our Services, you acknowledge this transfer where permitted by law.
We may disclose personal information only if required to comply with applicable law, respond to valid court orders or lawful government requests, protect our legal rights, prevent fraud or criminal activity, or protect the safety of our users or others. We do not voluntarily disclose personal information beyond these circumstances.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email where appropriate. The updated policy becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
